This presentation will cover what a technician should learn during onboarding, topics for a year-round company training program, considerations for sales and office staff, and (briefly) tips for making safety part of a company’s culture).
Immediately after, attendees will participate in a facilitated exercise that will allow each person to design/refine a training program for his or her company.

As you have learned in this workshop, safety pertains to so much more than pesticides, but the topic of pesticide safety is essential to what we do. Pick the aspect of pesticide safety that interests you the most and learn from experts about everything your program should have. Bring your questions for the speakers and your colleagues.
