Why Safety?
Dennis Jenkins, ABC Home & Commercial Services & Richard Spencer, Arrow Exterminators

Managers have a responsibility to send their team members home safe and sound at the end of the day. In addition, pests are abundant, but pest management professionals are not. Having a comprehensive safety program is the foundation for caring for your customers and employees alike. Speaker Dennis Jenkins will give us an honest look at some pitfalls of safety and areas to watch out for based on real world experiences and how they have affected him and his business. Speaker Richard Spencer will share a team member’s view of what a company can do to show their employees that safety is a priority-motivating with the “why” before getting to the “how.”
